Simple guidance on meditation:
Sit or lay in a comfortable position. Have some gentle music playing softly in the back ground. Now begin to focus on your breathing, slowly in and slowly out. On each out breath try to make it long and slow and as you do so feel the deeper relaxation in your body. After several breaths begin to focus on your body, starting with your head. With every breath in move to another part of your body and when the breath is being released feel that part of the body relaxing deeper. Once you have scanned your whole body bring your focus to your baby and feel the oxygen going going to your baby. Feel the love and life force with each breath you take. Connect with your baby.
