Our philosophy is based on self-belief and finding your answers within yourself. We believe that like all mammals, human’s have an amazing ability to give birth and we are designed to do so, without fear. Our courses are intended to provide a safe environment, where you are able to explore what birth means to you, enhance your knowledge, confidence, experience self-discovery and understand the importance of trust from within and externally. We believe in you.

The AIMS are to explore pregnancy, birth and early days by raising awareness to internal and external influences on a personal level

We provide a safe space for learning and sharing. We believe everyone has something valuable to contribute to the workshops and we encourage participation. Questions are welcomed, inquiry is welcomed and mutual respect for all of our differences is essential. Come along to our safe learning space.
SHARING
Inquisitive inquiry is actively encouraged during the courses and workshops to enable participants to maximise their experience. Respecting varying views and beliefs may broaden our own understanding of the individuality of us humans. There is no right or wrong way to give birth…just the amazing journey of birth.

PURPOSE……
The vision for Birth from Within is to have a resource centre where women and their families can access information, support, education and empower themselves in a relaxed and safe environment. Pregnancy is a social event, people’s lives and perceptions are altered when they touched by this magical journey. It can evoke many emotions for the whole family or wider society, it can unite or separate folk and understanding the impact of the change during this phenomenal event is crucial for evolution and progress. We believe that this extraordinary event impacts on so many lives, the energy of new life. How often have you been caught in a queue somewhere and you see a pregnant woman or a baby and you catapulted into another time dimension, a place full of love and melting smiles. That’s where the power of life and birth comes from, where new life surrounds local communities and shapes society.
From conception (which starts from a thought), to birth where a whole new life is born (sometimes the amazingness of birth can be lost by fear), to the magnificent transition to parenthood, Birth from Within aims to provide a safe environment to explore this journey from an individual basis, a practical basis and from the uniqueness of each individual. As humans we want the very best for our children, our society and our future. Birth from With aims to explore, support and guide you to achieve your desires.

The Secrete to LIVING is GIVING
Birth from Within wants to be available for all women and whilst some are able to afford these sessions, there are those families who are desperate to attend but are unable to find the funds. Our promise to you is that for each one of you who books on a session we will provide a course or a workshop to someone less fortunate than yourself. That means that you will be directly helping another women who wants this brilliant opportunity to enhance her knowledge, improve her life and future for her and her family. The contents of these workshops are not designed to give you the ‘perfect’ birth but to enable you to explore birth from an individual and personal perspective. We hope that you will be empowered and invigorated to discover the innate process of birth, which lies within you and is unique to each of us.
We believe there is no right or wrong way to give birth. Our desire is though, by attending Birth from Within workshops you will be equipped to confidently make choices and decisions based on the circumstances that present themselves to you, understanding of who you are and feeling what is right for you. We hope that you will continue to adopt this theory into your parenting so that you can grow and flourish as a family. No two babies are the same, no two families are the same, there may be similarities but respecting the uniqueness of ourselves and others supports us to be more confident and happy with ourselves.
